1. Service Description

ClaudeGenie provides automated Claude Code configuration generation. We create customized CLAUDE.md files, MCP server configurations, and project rules based on the project information you provide.

2. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. ClaudeGenie Pro is £4.99/month for up to 10 Claude Code setups per month. Cancel anytime.

Refund Policy: If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

3. Your Responsibilities

• • Provide accurate project information
• • Keep your setup token secure—don't share it publicly
• • Review generated configurations before using in production
• • Use the service for legitimate development purposes

4. Intellectual Property

The configurations we generate are yours to use, modify, and distribute. You retain all rights to your project code and data.

ClaudeGenie retains ownership of our service, website, and generation algorithms.

5. Limitations

Our configurations are provided "as is" without warranty:

• • Configurations are starting points and may require customization
• • We're not responsible for issues arising from use of generated files
• • Always review and test in your development environment

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

• • Automated or bulk purchasing without permission
• • Reselling generated configurations
• • Attempting to reverse-engineer our system
• • Using the service for illegal purposes

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
