ClaudeGenie ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Claude Code setup service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide our service:

• • Email address — Used to deliver your setup token and for support
• • Project details — Information you provide (stack, framework) to generate your configuration
• • Payment info — Processed securely by Stripe; we don't store card details

How We Use Your Information

• • Process payment and deliver your setup token
• • Provide customer support
• • Improve our service

What We Don't Collect

We never see your source code. The CLI runs locally on your machine and writes files directly to your project. We don't have access to your codebase.

Data Retention

We retain your project configuration for 30 days after generation so you can re-download if needed. You can request deletion at any time.
